helpful staff henna artist
The staff was very kind and helpful (especially Adil, Brahim, and Elhoussain). They arranged for a henna artist to come to the hotel for us. They also gave us advice on what to see and arranged car service to our next destination. The roof terrace was a beautiful spot for breakfast.
The immediate area around the hotel is not particularly nice. I found the dark alley leading to the hotel a bit concerning at night.

The staff provided really good service and offered assistance with every request. They willingly arranged transportation and provided valuable local insights for seamless exploration, nice for a stress-free experience.

The hotel's location at the top of the Medina made exploring on foot very easy. It is a central location near restaurants and historical sites, a great benefit for sightseeing.

helpful staff rooftop terrace unsafe area tourist harassment
it was a great experience. breakfast on the rooftop terrace was fresh.
the area around the riad seemed unsafe. i noticed guys loitering nearby. they harassed tourists. i encountered them when i returned to the riad alone at night.

really good riad experience
attentive staff ornate room superb massages
The staff were attentive. They assisted with restaurant recommendations. they helped to navigate the local area. our room was wonderfully ornate. I adore architecture. the massages were superb, and i felt relaxed.
the alley leading to the riad felt a bit dark and unwelcoming during the night.

The riad is situated at the top of the medina. Exploring on foot was easy from here. the location allowed convenient access to various rooftop restaurants nearby. historical sites were also within walking distance.

tattered bathrobes fruit salad
The staff gave advice about local places to visit and restaurants.
I booked a beautiful room but it disappointed me. The upstairs area had a tiny window so it felt claustrophobic. The shower was run down and the bathrobes were tattered. I found a hair in the fruit salad. It was just GROSS!!!
